Workout

Swimming: Changed up my swimming routine to work on swimming technique.

200 Warmup
200 Catchup Drill w/fins
200 One Arm w/fins
200 Corkscrew w/fins
200 Thumbscrape w/fins
200 Finger Scrape w/fins
200 8-3-8's with fins
20 Minute Swim

Worked well. Ditched the pull buoy and kickboard. Got a better workout


Breakfast = special K and Orange also got some new stuff from the fruitstand.
