I think the technique drills have really helped my swimming. I definitely feel faster and stronger in the water.
As far as the diabetes - I definitely feel in control in the morning but more likely to snack in the afternoon and evening. Obviously, on days where I have had a hard workout I do have a greater propensity to snack. Usually I will pick a low carb snack or fruit to eat.
