Post Workout BS = 99
Good workout - Pilates followed by heavy repetition lifting. 25 Lbs - doing a lot of repetitions (20) did 3 sets. Definitely feel it. Would like to add this to my workout routine at least once a week. Is a really good recovery workout. Generally I do a heavy workout (bike, run or swim) and the next day do a recovery workout. Sometime a recovery is doing nothing at all.
