Post Workout BS = 113

This was a hard workout. I did the four mile loop in about 31 Minutes. It was very hot and humid. My right foot was a little stiff so I couldn't really hit a great stride. It feels better than before though. Interesting though my blood sugar didn't drop much went from a 120 to 113. This was 31 minutes of pretty hard exertion. Go figure.
