Workout

I did a Bricks workout today. 12 Miles Bike and a 4 Mile Run. My 4 Mi run was done in 29.17 about a 7.30 mile. I felt like the bike portion really warmed me up for the run. Easing into the run wasn't very difficult.


Breakfast Cheereos, Yogurt
Lunch Salad w/veggie burger
Yogurt and orange for snack, sugar free ice cream with the kids.

Definitely felt less tired than yesterday. It took me about a day to recover from the swim I did the day before yesterday.
