Breakfast = Special K

Lunch = Turkey Club at Target - can it get any worse, yuck - had to dump the greasy bacon.

Workout: Bike workout Did about 10 Mile workout in 1 mile loops. .5 of it I did at 20+ mph and the recover part I stayed at about 18+ mph. Did a 4 mile cool down. Have a lot of questions for Dmark about shifting and race day.

Did not feel very winded today.

How do I turn at high speeds on a bike?
When I want to accelerate do I downshift or upshift?
Should I change my inner tubes the day before the triathlon?
