The swim completely blew me out of the water. I didn't do any workouts today. For most of the day I was just exausted.
Lunch was a slice of pizza from sabarro.
Dinner was a salad, egg plant parm slices.
I snacked throughout the day. Yesterday's workout was a series of sprints. I really went all out. I definitely have days like this after a heavy swim workout. Not so much running or cycling. I recover pretty well after that but swim recovery is really hard.
